Makes one serve
- 3 big Betel leaves, chop into small pieces
- 3 tbsp condensed milk
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 tbsp of milk
- A dash of organic green colour (optional)
- 4 tbsp all-purpose-flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp of tutti frutti
- 1 tbsp nuts of your choice
- 1 tsp tutti frutti for topping
Blend first 6 ingredients to a fine paste. Transfer to a mug. Then fold in remaining ingredients. Mix the batter and top with tutti frutti. Now bake for 5 minutes on high temperature. That’s it…your Paan flavoured mug cake is ready. Enjoyyy hot.

Tips and Tweaks :
If you feel the batter is thick, add little milk to it.
Baking time may vary as every oven is different. So keep a close eye.
Try to bake in wide mugs.
If you don’t have organic green colour, skip it.
If you feel more indulgent, relish the cake with a scoop of vanilla icecream.
Make sure to add light green coloured and tender Betel leaves.
Tastes best when warm.
